Mr. Barrick is the President & CEO of
RMP Capital
Corp., a factoring company for small to medium sized businesses. Prior to
RMP Capital, Mr. Barrick was the Chief Financial Officer of CTA Industries,
formerly American Rockwool Acquisition Corporation, a holding company of
several manufacturers of insulation products for residential, commercial,
and industrial uses. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Barrick managed all financial,
accounting, and information technology functions of CTA. Specifically, Mr.
Barrick was responsible for financial due diligence on acquisitions,
financial policy, and reporting to banks and investors. He managed three
rounds of debt and equity financing totaling over $150 million. Mr. Barrick
also integrated the accounting operations and information systems of three
acquired companies and implemented two Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
(ERPs).
Previous to CTA, Mr. Barrick was a principal in Barrick
and Barrick, Inc., a real estate financing brokerage specializing in placing
commercial mortgages of $1 million to $10 million and SBA loans up to $500
thousand.
Mr. Barrick Graduated from Cornell University in 1991
with a BS degree in Finance.
