RMP Capital Corp | Bob Beattie, Construction Project Manager

Bob provides 16-years experience in the construction field and brings that experience to RMP Capital's Resource Monitoring Services group. His last 12-years was spent with a "best of class" general contractor in the Northeastern United States, Consigli located in Milford, Massachusetts. There he actively participated in five major target markets: academic, corporate, health sciences, institutional markets, and historical restoration.

From a labor foreman to a working supervisor, Bob prides himself with core values that transcend all career paths: quality, safety, communication, and accountability. His experience with client coordination, safety, finance, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and construction engineering resolution as well as union relation issues allows RMP Capital to anticipate and avoid construction project pitfalls.

Bob's supervision of the Cranston Street Armory in Providence, Rhode Island earned him an impressive footnote in OSHA recorded history. Consigli has signed with OSHA on this historical restoration project, which consisted of working heights from 40' to 180'. The project lasted a little over one-year. This project was recognized by OSHA for no injuries and no accidents for the life of the project.
